We begin with fresh, 100% grass-fed buffalo milk sourced from select farms known for ethical and sustainable practices. The milk is rich in cream and nutrients, ensuring a superior quality base for our ghee.
The milk is boiled to maintain hygiene and then allowed to cool to the perfect temperature. A natural starter culture is added to transform it into curd. This step ensures the preservation of probiotics and enhances the natural flavor.
The curd is churned using the traditional bilona method, where it is slowly hand-churned to separate the butter (makhan) from the liquid buttermilk. This slow and gentle process retains the nutritional value and aroma, making Shreesah Ghee stand out.
