AtΒ Shreesah Ghee, we strive to provide the highest quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products such as ghee, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product was expired or defective

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The request is made after the return period

  • The product was damaged after delivery due to improper storage

2. Return Request Time

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

3. Refund Process

Once the return request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement product will be sent, OR

  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products purchased during special sale or clearance

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
